Forget property disputes, Bihar police orders DNA test to settle who owns a buffalo

Bihar police have ordered a DNA test on a buffalo in Gaya after two villagers claimed ownership of the same animal. The test will compare the buffalos DNA with its living mother to help establish the rightful owner. The unusual dispute has also led to an FIR under the SC/ST (Prevention of Atrocities) Act.
