Coworking operators lease 1.91 lakh seats across 8 cities in January-June with 68pc annual rise: Cushman & Wakefield

Co-working operators leased over 1.91 lakh seats in top cities during the first half of this year. This represents a significant 68 percent annual increase in demand for flexible office spaces. Bengaluru saw a 32 percent rise in coworking seat leasing, while Hyderabad more than doubled its leased desks. Mumbai also experienced a sharp jump in leased coworking seats during this period.
