The Supreme Court has sought the Centre’s response to an 82-year-old US-based OCI card holder’s plea to visit Jammu and Kashmir for a family wedding. Khalid Jahangir Qazi’s OCI status was cancelled in 2023 over allegations of “pro-Pakistan propaganda” and security concerns.
