Rob Bonta said he's open to reengaging with Paramount over an antitrust settlement, provided they control leaks coming from their side.

Paramount and the California A.G. office are set to meet Monday to discuss a settlement of the antitrust lawsuit over Paramount's Warner Bros. Discovery deal.

The scrapped meeting comes on the backdrop of Paramount’s threats to leave California if the case seeking to block the merger goes to trial next year.

Paramount had planned a $111 billion acquisition of Warner Bros. But Rob Bonta is leading an antitrust lawsuit to block the merger.
