US DOE selects Tandem PV for USD-7.7m ARPA-E SCALEUP Ready award

US solar panel maker Tandem PV on Tuesday said it has been selected for a US Department of Energy programme that will provide about USD 7.7 million (EUR 6.6m) to accelerate commercial production of its perovskite-silicon tandem solar technology.
