House of Abhinandan Lodha plans to allocate Rs 1,000 crore for its latest project in Alibag, which will feature a blend of apartments, townhouses, and a luxury hotel. This venture, marking their second initiative in the area, is anticipated to contribute greatly to the revenue streams of the involved real estate companies. Notably, NITCO has secured a deposit of Rs 9 crore from its collaboration partner.
