Moon Homestay found: Nasa scientists confirm 200 caves that can shelter people, next to the Apollo 11 site where Neil Armstrong landed

Scientists have found the first confirmed evidence of a cave beneath the Moons surface using radar data from NASAs Lunar Reconnaissance Orbiter. The cave lies beneath a deep pit in the Sea of Tranquility, relatively close to the Apollo 11 landing site. Researchers believe such lunar caves could eventually provide natural shelter for astronauts from radiation and extreme temperature changes, although accessing the newly identified cave would require major infrastructure.
