Lyten preferred bidder for another troubled European battery firm

US battery specialist Lyten has been selected as the preferred bidder to acquire the business of another troubled European sector player, Norway-based Morrow Batteries, which <a href="https://renewablesnow.com/news/morrow-batteries-pushed-into-bankruptcy-as-financing-efforts-fail-1294319/" target="_blank">filed for bankruptcy proceedings</a> in May after failing to secure fresh funding and a new industrial investor in time.
