Karnataka: Kumaraswamy alleges DK-linked benami bid to take over NICE, vows to release documents

Union Minister HD Kumaraswamy accused Chief Minister DK Shivakumar of a benami takeover attempt. He alleged the Chief Minister is acquiring the NICE toll road project through shell companies. Kumaraswamy also claimed the project involves significant land scams and violations of its agreement. He stated farmers await compensation while the company sold acquired land. The minister also criticized the state government for commercializing public spaces.
