NEET protests: Supreme Court directs high-powered committee to prioritise sexual assault complaints

The Supreme Court has directed a committee to prioritize sexual assault complaints. This committee was established to investigate police violence during recent NEET protests. Senior advocate Shobha Gupta requested the court to take suo motu cognisance of these allegations. The High-Powered Enquiry Committee will examine these serious matters on a priority basis.
