A street in Glasgow was transformed into the gritty backdrop of Gotham City as film crews prepared to shot scenes for the upcoming Batman sequel. Fans gathered around Bothwell Street, near Glasgow Central train station, to watch big rigs and armoured assault vehicles being placed around a road which appeared to be covered in fake snow. Filming for The Batman: Part II, starring Robert Pattinson as the titular caped crusader, will take place in a number of locations around Glasgow in August.

The film set has taken over Glasgow’s Bothwell Street as final preparations are made.
