Rahul Gandhi has failed in his duty as LoP: Giriraj Singh

Union Minister Giriraj Singh hit out at Leader of the Opposition Rahul Gandhi, accusing him of failing to fulfil his responsibilities as LoP and attempting to divert attention from the Vande Mataram issue. Singh also accused the Congress of disrespecting the Constitution.
