St Andrew man fatally stabbed during altercation, police hunt attacker

The Constant Spring Criminal Investigation Branch in St Andrew is probing an incident in which a man was fatally stabbed during a physical altercation on Wednesday. Dead is 28-year-old Tristan Parkes of Donmair Close, Kingston 19, who was a student at the Caribbean Maritime University. His alleged attacker is being sought. The police report that about 7:50 p.m., Parkes and another man were at the premises when an argument developed. Parkes reportedly used a shovel to hit the suspect in the face, causing a wound.
