Nobel Hygiene has filed its DRHP with SEBI for an IPO comprising a fresh issue of up to Rs 150 crore and an offer for sale of up to 15.51 million shares. The company plans to use the fresh issue proceeds for debt repayment, subsidiary investment and manufacturing expansion, as it seeks to capitalise on Indias fast-growing adult absorbent hygiene market.
