Strictly Come Dancing star opens up on ‘crippling’ eating disorder in early career

Speaking to The Sun, Coppola said that his disorder reached its peak when he collapsed during a dance competition, adding: “You push yourself but being strong means stepping away from a situation that is toxic and is damaging you. I’ve never gone back.”The Italian dancer is set to return for Strictly's 24th series in September, having appeared on the show since 2022.
