Premier David Crisafulli unveiled plans for a major Ballymore upgrade, which would serve as the national HQ for Australian rugby sevens in a “raid” against NSW.

The club’s master plan includes a high-performance centre, a hotel and an expanded stadium that could host displaced teams and Olympic athletes.
