Mumbai-based nutritionist Vanshika Khurana has shared a protein-rich take on classic upma, combining suji with yoghurt and silken tofu. The recipe also includes vegetables, peanuts and spices for added flavour and texture. According to Khurana, one serving provides 435 calories, 24.8g protein and 7g fibre.
