Marvel confirms X-Men cast ending months of speculation

Adam Driver has been confirmed to play the villain Mr Sinister, alongside Christopher Abbott as Professor X, Inde Navarrette as Rogue, and Maya Boyd as Storm. The new cast members join previously announced stars Kit Connor as Cyclops, Samara Weaving as Emma Frost, and Sadie Sink as Jean Grey. The official announcement dispelled months of widespread fan speculation and rumours linking actors such as Cailee Spaeny and Jayme Lawson to the project. Directed by Jake Schreier, the upcoming Marvel Cinematic Universe feature film is set for release on 5 May 2028.
