‘No-go’ to ‘go-ahead’: PM Modi hails ‘Samrudha Manthan' for deep-sea exploration in Independence Day speech

Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Saturday said India has opened up almost its entire coastal waters for exploration as part of efforts to identify new mineral reserves. PM Modi during his Independence Day speech said most of these coastal areas have now been opened for exploration under the "Samrudhha Manthan" initiative.
