SEC filing shows Softbank initiates stake in Capital One; sells 71.5% of its Taiwan Semi holdings

Softbank acquired a new stake in Capital One during the second quarter. It also purchased a stake in Life360, a location sharing service provider. The company sold a significant portion of its Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing holding. This sale amounted to seventy-one point five percent of its total stake.
