The Danube River near Ruse has fallen by another 3 centimeters over the past 24 hours, reaching minus 121 centimeters below the conditional zero, according to the latest data from the Executive Agency for Research and Maintenance of the Danube River. Water levels along the Bulgarian section remain unstable.
