West Bengal's education department will incorporate Syama Prasad Mookerjee's contributions into the curriculum. This inclusion will span from school to university levels, beginning next academic year. A special committee is planning programs for Mookerjee's 125th birth anniversary celebrations. A 125-foot statue and a museum will be established at Eco Park. Mookerjee's ancestral home renovation is also underway.
