Sebi seeks public comments on review of Accredited Investor framework

SEBI has proposed revamping Accredited Investor rules by adding securities-market assets as an eligibility criterion, simplifying accreditation and expanding deemed eligibility. The changes could increase eligible investors to nearly 4 lakh and ease access to alternative investment products.
