Parl panel red flags rise in student mobile addiction; Also seeks bridging of digital divide

A parliamentary panel has urged the Education Ministry to introduce cyber safety and mobile addiction courses for students and teachers, bridge the digital divide, tackle high secondary-school dropout rates and gradually raise public education spending to 6% of GDP.
