Congress leader Rahul Gandhi moves SC against Allahabad HC order on assets probe

Rahul Gandhi has approached the Supreme Court challenging a high court order. The Allahabad High Court directed probes into allegations of disproportionate assets against him. The Supreme Court is scheduled to hear Gandhi's plea on August seventeenth. The high court expressed dissatisfaction with the CBI's earlier response and probe progress. The court also allowed the ED to proceed if any illegality is found during its inquiry.
