Seoul-based quantum software developer ORIENTOM and Italian research institution Fondazione LINKS (Links Foundation) have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to advance quantum computing, quantum-inspired algorithms, and High-Performance Computing (HPC) integration across the finance, banking, and insurance sectors. The strategic collaboration will verify technical feasibility and develop Proof of Concept (PoC) frameworks and operational prototypes tailored for commercial financial institutions.
