CJI Surya Kant proposes daily 2 pm-4 pm sittings to clear 29 pending Constitution Bench cases

The Supreme Court may hold daily two-hour sittings after lunch. These sessions will address long-pending seven-judge Constitution Bench references. Morning sessions will continue to hear fresh and miscellaneous cases. This approach aims to settle numerous pending legal issues efficiently. The court will examine these proposed solutions on a trial basis.
