Tamil Nadu Assembly passes resolution to freeze Lok Sabha seats at 543; backs 33% women’s quota

The Tamil Nadu Assembly has passed a resolution urging the Centre to permanently retain the Lok Sabha’s strength at 543 seats and implement 33% reservation for women from the 2029 elections without linking it to future delimitation.
