Israel Police prevented teen from turning himself in despite an arrest warrant

After fleeing an alternative detention center where he was held for aggravated theft, the minor says he repeatedly tried to turn himself in to the police, who ignored him. Now the prosecution is seeking to have him transferred to juvenile jail
