Second phase of Pravasi insurance scheme for expats to begin on August 18

The second phase of enrollment for NoRKA Care Plus, a comprehensive health and accident insurance scheme for expatriate Keralites, will be inaugurated by Chief Minister V.D. Satheesan on August 18.
