An 88-year-old Delhi man's stolen phone and Rs 70,000 in unauthorised transactions led Delhi Police to a pan-India cyberfraud syndicate operating across three states. Nine people have been arrested from Jaipur, Ghaziabad, and Meerut, with police recovering 52 stolen phones, 145 SIM cards, and 70 debit cards from the network.
