Former HDIL chairman Rakesh Wadhawan seeks probe into 'Rs 600 cr loan transfer'

The complaint alleges the transfer lacked independent valuation and RBI compliance. This comes amid investigations into Suraksha ARC and former Yes Bank officials. The Enforcement Directorate is also probing similar alleged collusion.
