The police seized 50 rounds of ammunition and a firearm during an operation along Hope Avenue in Land Settlement, Manchester. No arrests were made. According to reports from the Mandeville police, at about 3:35 p.m. on Thursday, August 6, a police team conducting an operation in the area came under gunfire from two men.
