Madhuri Dixit, Shriram Nene sell Juhu flat bought for Rs 1.94 crore for Rs 4.40 crore

Madhuri Dixit and husband Dr Shriram Madhav Nene have sold their Juhu apartment for Rs 4.40 crore, nearly 14 years after purchasing it for Rs 1.94 crore. The transaction represents an estimated 127% appreciation. The sale marks their third Mumbai property transaction in eight months, following the sale of another Juhu apartment and a commercial office in Andheri West.
