BPESA launches guide to help business services sector grow in a tech-rich world

Outsourced services industry organisation Business Process Enabling South Africa (BPESA) has launched its Impact Sourcing Practical Guide to help South Africa's global business services (GBS) sector grow while creating sustainable employment. The guide provides operational models that local business process outsourcing (BPO) and GBS companies can use to improve their sourcing of employees, such that sourcing and talent development is a core part of business strategy, said BPESA CEO Reshni Singh at local BPO Digiforte, in Randburg, on August 7.
