A 14-year-old student killed his grandparents at their home before shooting five teachers dead at his school outside Bangkok on Friday, Thai authorities said. The boy later shot himself and died as emergency workers tried to save him. Dozens of people suffered injuries during the attack at Debsirin Nonthaburi School. The shooting began shortly after 10am at the secondary school in Bang Kruai district, Nonthaburi province, on the northwestern edge of the Thai capital.

Police have identified the perpetrator as a student.
