‘Improving consistency, reducing duplication’: CJI Surya Kant on ‘One Case One Data’ system
Chief Justice of India Surya Kant announced that the Supreme Court has launched technology-driven initiatives to make judicial access easier. He said the "One Case One Data" initiative "aims to create a single standardised digital record for every case" to improve consistency, while SUVAS has "successfully translated our judgments into 16 regional languages" and Su-Sahayak will help litigants with court procedures.
