From The Hindu Archives, August 7, 1926: It is understood that a Commission which with the approval of British Government will proceed to the United States to enquire into industrial conditions there will consist of five members. Two will be representative of the Trade Union movement, two will represent the employers and the Commission will be headed by Sir William Mackenzie, who has served on many important industrial enquiries.
