Suffolk Police are also seeking a civil Stalking Protection Order against Jenkinson, relying on evidence from Andrew and phone searches. During a Westminster Magistrates’ Court hearing, Jenkinson was absent as he was not permitted to bring his support dog, Indie, into the building. The court adjourned the Stalking Protection Order application, with Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor and other witnesses required to give evidence again, and set future hearing dates for the criminal trial and the Stalking Protection Order.
