Abdul el Sayed responded to President Donald Trump's spate of attacks against him, saying the president "can't stay on focus."

“That’s the only play they got,” Abdul El-Sayed said after his victory in Michigan’s Democratic Senate primary.

Democrat Abdul el Sayed narrowly defeated Rep. Haley Stevens (D-MI) in the Senate primary and will face Mike Rogers in the general election.

President Donald Trump devoted a healthy portion of his Wednesday speech in Las Vegas, Nevada, to attacking Abdul el Sayed.
