A techie earning Rs 33 LPA quit his work-from-office job without another offer after months of heavy workload. Pune-based founder Vanesh Mali shared that he took five days off, prepared for interviews and faced three rejections before securing a Rs 29 LPA work-from-home role. He accepted the lower package for more personal and family time, saying, “I did what I felt right. And I am happy with my decision.”
