The St James Municipal Corporation today took enforcement action against the operators of a giant swing tourist attraction in the community of Norwood Pen due to the lack of required permits. The attraction, ‘Montego Bay Giant Swing’, boasted a view of Sangster International Airport. Earlier today, the corporation issued cease-and-desist notices on the attraction after it was discovered that the structure was erected without the required building or planning approvals.
