Delhi govt. to repeal B&B law, table 3 Bills, 2 CAG reports in Monsoon Session

Two months after the fire at a bed-and-breakfast (B&B) facility in bed-and-breakfast (B&B) that killed 23 people, including several foreign nationals, the Delhi government is set to table a Bill in the upcoming Monsoon Session to repeal the existing policy — ‘The National Capital Territory of Delhi (Incredible India) Bed and Breakfast Establishments (Registration and Regulation) Act, 2007’.
