J'Khand student protest: Mahto takes water after Sonam Wangchuk's appeal, to continue hunger strike

Education reform activist Sonam Wangchuk has extended support to the ongoing Jharkhand student protest after speaking with student leader Devendra Mahato. Mahato, who is on an indefinite hunger strike, vowed to continue his fast until the Hemant Soren-led government accepts the students' demands. Wangchuk's support has added momentum to the protest.
