Watch: Why BJP may have to rethink its delimitation plans
For years, the BJP has worked on the assumption that it had built a durable Hindu voting coalition across much of the Hindi heartland. Not that all Hindus vote for the party, but enough do, across caste groups, to give it a structural edge. But two recent developments raise questions about that logic: Bankipur and Jantar Mantar.
