Update | Body of missing St Elizabeth woman found in river

The body of 50-year-old Nicole Brown, a farmer of Barton Wharf district in Lacovia, St Elizabeth, who was reported missing, was this afternoon found in a river in the parish. Brown had been missing since Sunday, August 2. Investigators believe she was allegedly killed by a former partner, who then disposed of her body in the river. The 41-year-old suspect was taken into police custody after being rescued from an angry mob. An extensive search was launched to locate the missing woman.
