Godrej Properties Q1 Results: Profit falls 42% to Rs 349 crore, sales bookings rise 22%

Godrej Properties saw a forty-two percent profit drop in the June quarter. Total income also decreased compared to the previous year's corresponding period. However, sales bookings increased by twenty-two percent to over eight thousand six hundred crore. The company sold three thousand seven hundred thirty-eight units during the quarter. Executive Chairperson Pirojsha Godrej expressed confidence in continued sales momentum.
