Promoter entity Adani Infra buys 1.03% stake in Adani Green Energy for Rs 2,380 crore

Adani Infra (India) Ltd, a promoter group entity of Adani Green Energy, has acquired a 1.03% stake in the renewable energy company for ₹2,380 crore through a block deal. It bought 1.7 crore shares from another promoter entity, Ardour Investment Holding.
