Energy storage corporate funding declines to USD 8.9bn in H1

Corporate funding in the global energy storage segment, including venture capital (VC) funding, debt and public market financing, slipped by 2% in annual terms in the first half of 2026 to USD 8.9 billion (EUR 7.82bn), according to Mercom Capital Group.
