Tens of thousands of residents have been forced to flee as three fast-moving fires burned through forests and residential areas in Spokane, Washington, over the weekend. More than 600 structures have reportedly burned so far, and the fires remain uncontained.

A fast-growing wildfire in Spokane Valley has forced residents to evacuate as the blaze jumps the Spokane River and spreads into the city.

There are at least three fires in and around the city. Large parts of Spokane are under Level 3 evacuation orders, which read: "Leave NOW! This may be your only notice."
